Actress, director, and playwright Katja Hensel has investigated in Berlin and Nicosia what teenagers think about violence. Her collected materials were the base for the text Heads or Tails commissioned by Theater an der Parkaue Berlin and THOC Theatre in Cyprus as part of the larger project "Young Europe – Young Creation and Education in Theatre” carried out by the European Theatre Convention. The original text served to the authors as the material that they altered and adapted for the Slovene space where fighting in schoolyards is gradually becoming daily news, at a moment when it seems we have no more leverage to deal with violence in schools, society, and our everyday life.
